- No. It recognises a clinical question, tells the patient it will pass it to the doctor, and does; if something sounds urgent it tells them to call SAMU (192).
- Does it work with WhatsApp and our current schedule?
- It runs on the official WhatsApp Business platform. In the first conversation we look at how your schedule works today and connect the secretary to it, or suggest a simpler one if that's what makes sense.
- What about patient data and the LGPD?
- Health data is sensitive personal data under the LGPD, so the system keeps only what's needed, limits who can see it, and is set up with that in mind from day one.
